Socialite, model and actress from The Hills MTV spin-off The City, this Italian property developer heiress brings almost any genre of clothing silver-screen glamour. Now to formal attire - the cocktail frock. I love the gorgeous sheen of a beautiful silk and I am thrilled that grey silk ruffles finish the outfit with a statement!
