We love teaming the perfect shoes with a favourite outfit. If you have a particular outfit you'd like your shoes to go with but need some help creating them, feel free to email us at hunter@shoesofprey.com with a photo of your outfit and we'll put together some shoe ideas and designs for you!

We have a wide variety of leathers and vegan materials available - including soft leather, patent leather, fishskin, snakeskin, vegan 'leather' and more. Please refer to our materials page for the full range.

As our prices are based on shoe shape, there is no additional costs to select a range of different materials. Simply choose your favourite colours and textures and don't hesitate to email if you have any questions.

Sorry, we don't copy shoes from photos or ones you already own. When another shoe designer has come up with something we unable to copy it or even elements of it. We'd still love to bring your perfect shoes to life, so please get in touch and we'll be happy to discuss similar designs with you.

All our shoes are entirely hand made by our skilled artisans, from cutting the unique pattern for your shape to embossing the Shoes of Prey logo into the lining of your choice.

Our handmade shoes cost $129 for sandals; $129 for ballet or flat oxfords; $179 for 1.5 to 3.5-inch heels, $179 for 4 to 6-inch heels and $199 for ankle boots or heeled oxfords.

All prices include local taxes and duties, we pay these for you.

All prices are quoted in US dollars but you can change the currency to Australian, US, Canadian or New Zealand Dollars, Euros, British Pounds, or Japanese Yen.

Shipping is free! We ship with DHL to almost all destinations. Please don't forget that someone will need to sign for your exciting delivery!

To provide an even more amazing service, we're now paying all customs duties and taxes for you upfront so that you should never need to worry about this. If you do happen to have your shoes delivered by a courier who wants to hold your shoes ransom for any reason, get in touch with us straight away and we'll help resolve this for you!

You can enter your gift certificate code directly into your order at checkout. Simply enter the reference number (including dashes) into the box called "Gift Voucher #", click "Apply" and your voucher will be automatically credited against your order. If this doesn't work for any reason, just send us a message letting us know your voucher number, and we'll help fix it!

Your voucher will never expire! So you can enjoy designing your perfect shoes at your leisure.

If you don't use the full amount of the gift certificate in your first order, don't worry as the remaining credit will be added to your Shoes of Prey account and applied automatically to your next order!

We make our shoes in European sizes. We'll convert your size to the nearest European half size when we make your shoes. We can make shoes in the following size ranges:

• European 31 - 49
• Australian 2½ - 15
• US 2½ - 15
• UK 12½ (Child) - 13½
• Japanese 20 - 30

Just select your normal shoe size or the size you wear most often once you reach checkout. If you're really stuck and don't know which to choose, add a comment in your order and let us know what sizes you usually wear and how you find them to fit. Then we'll get in touch to suggest the most appropriate size for the style you've designed.

Please note: due to the laws of physics our 6-inch heels work best for European sizes 35 - 45 or US sizes 4.5 - 12, and our 4-inch wedges are only available from a European size 32.5 upwards.

Outside of these ranges...?

After lots of experimentation, we've found that making your shoes in your normal size, or the size you wear most often, is the best way for us to get sizing right for you. Different shoe brands use different sizing systems, but we've had a really high success rate with this method. If you're not sure which size to select during checkout, just add some information in the comments box about your feet and size and we'll get in touch to confirm the best size to try.

We can't promise to get sizing right for you first time, but we'll certainly do our best and so far we've been right the vast majority of the time. If your shoes don't fit we'll remake them for free or refund you according to our returns policy. We guarantee you'll love your shoes, or your money back!

Measuring and drawing around feet accurately is really difficult to do without proper training. Everyone has different methods to measure and draw around their feet and so our technicians find these quite difficult to work with. A half size is equivalent to 3 millimetres so, if a measurement or drawing is even a little inaccurate, the size of the shoes will be incorrect.

We can make our shoes narrower or wider for you, that's not a problem. When you place your order and reach our checkout page you'll have the opportunity to tell us some information about your feet like, 'I have wide feet, I'm normally a C width', etc.

Absolutely! We're more than happy to make your shoes in two different sizes or widths. When you place your order, simply add a comment as to what size you need for each foot (eg. 38.5 for the Right foot and 38 for the Left foot) and we can easily do this for you.

Our shoes take approximately 4 weeks to hand make and package, and an additional 2-4 days to deliver to your door. If you live in a rural area, please remember it can take the courier a bit longer to reach you. If you're concerned about your shoes reaching you in time, just contact us and we'll look into this for you.

If you have a special event or occasion coming up that you need your shoes for, please contact us to let us know when you place your order. It's not always possible to get shoes to you more quickly, but we'll do our absolute best to help you!

Although our technicians will work as fast as they can on your shoes, it's not possible to craft and deliver them more quickly than two weeks. This is to ensure we keep the quality of your shoes up to our high standards!

If your new shoes are a little tight, then stretching is a great way to make them wearable more quickly. You can take your shoes to a local cobbler who will be able to stretch your shoes by up to half a size to make them much more comfortable. Feel like some shoe-DIY? Ouch! Read Shoes of Prey founder Jodie Fox's blog post which has some fabulous tips from others on how to manage first-wear blisters and save your feet from soreness.

We want you to be super comfortable in your new shoes, so we include a selection of inserts with them to help with both comfort and fit. If you need a little extra comfort under the balls of your feet, the gel inserts are perfect! If your shoes are slipping a little at the heel, then try the heel grips or the soft cushions under the balls of your feet, which help push your feet a little further back in the shoes. If you need more assistance with the comfort and fit of your new shoes, just contact us!

We want your shoes to stay in top condition, so we provide a soft dust bag to help keep them safe. This is particularly important for light coloured materials, silks and absorbent cottons, which are more delicate than other materials and can mark easily.

If these tips don't help and the shoes simply don't fit, or if you're not happy with your shoes for any reason, then we'll happily remake them for you free of charge, or provide a full refund. You can read more about this on our Returns page!

All you need to do is contact us to let us know what's not right with your shoes. Once you complete the form, you'll receive confirmation on the next steps and information on how to return your shoes to us!

If you need to return your shoes then it's really simple. Just contact us to let us know you'd like to return them and why. We'll then send you details on how to do this and any other next steps to take.

We'll be really sad if your shoes aren't perfect for you, but we're happy to refund you in full within 365 days of your purchase. All you need to do is contact us to help us understand what went wrong, and then we'll get in touch with the next steps.
