We have a wide variety of leathers available - including soft leather, patent leather, fish skin, snake skin, and more. Please refer to our leather page for the full range.

There is no additional costs to select your desired leather. Simply choose your favorite leathers for your dream shoe.

As part of the checkout process you will be asked for your normal shoe size. We make our shoes in European sizes. We'll convert your size to the nearest European half size when we make your shoes.

We can make shoes in the following size ranges:

• European 31 - 49
• Australian 2½ - 15
• US 2½ - 15
• UK Child 12½ - 13½
• Japanese 20 - 30

It's possible for us to make shoes outside these ranges but we have to make up new shoe moulds so it's a little more expensive. If you'd like us to make you an extra small or large shoe please contact us and we'll discuss this with you.

We can't promise to get sizing right for you first time, but we'll certainly do our best and so far we've been right about 70% of the time in our first attempt. If your shoes don't fit we'll remake/repair them for free per our returns policy. We guarantee you'll love the shoes, or your money back.

We can make our shoes narrower or wider for you, that's not a problem. When you place your order and reach our sizing page you'll have the opportunity to tell us some information about your feet like, 'I have wide feet, I'm normally a C width' etc.

Given we don't get to measure your feet in person we can't promise a perfect fit, but we should be able to achieve a better fit than you get with a normal pair of shoes. And if there are any issues with the size we have a very generous returns policy and will remake the shoes for you at our cost.

Measuring your feet is actually very difficult to do without proper training. After lots of experimentation, we've found that asking for your regular shoe size is the best way for us to get sizing right for you.

If the fit is only slightly out we'll pay to have your shoes adjusted by a shoe repairer in your city.

If this doesn't fix the problem we'll have you send the shoes back to us and we'll remake them for you free of charge. We want you to be happy. See our returns policy for full details.

We currently have a range of ankle boots, however it will be a while longer before we do boots higher than that. Boots are a little more difficult than shoes when it comes to sizing because calf and ankle sizes come in to play, so we plan to gradually work up to taller boots.

You should receive your shoes after approximately 5 weeks of ordering. As our shoes are all handmade, occasionally we'll have a backlog of orders and the time may take longer than this. If this is likely to be the case we'll let you know as soon as possible. If you have a special date coming up that you need your shoes for, please let us know in advance, and we'll do our best to help you.

Shipping is charged as a flat fee of $25 (USD) per order for worldwide service.

We ship internationally to all countries using DHL.

This depends on the country and state you're having the shoes shipped to as customs duty and taxes differ from country to country. Contact your local customs office if you're unsure of any applicable taxes and customs charges. Please note that customs duty or local tax is not included in the price.

All our shoes are entirely hand made by our experienced shoe makers.

Sorry, we don't copy shoes from photos. When another shoe designer has come up with something we don't like to copy it or even elements of it as it's their design, not ours.
