We know you're going to love your shoes. But if for any reason you don’t, you’re welcome to return them in an unworn condition within 365 days of receiving them.

  • We'll refund you 100 percent of the price you paid
  • You are only responsible for the one-way return postage

SHOES THAT DON'T FIT

One of the best things about custom shoes is having them tailored to fit. If you receive your shoes and they don't fit right, please contact us as soon as you can within 365 days of receiving your order. As long as they’re in an unworn condition, we’ll happily remake them free of charge in a different size.

Alternatively, you can take them to a shoe repairer in your city and we'll cover the costs of having them adjusted.

FAULTY ITEMS

Your shoes will be considered faulty if they are received damaged, or a manufacturing fault occurs within 365 days of purchase. Shoes damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Where possible, we’re happy to repair faulty items. Alternatively, we’d love to replace them with a pair made in the same design.

EXPLICIT EXCEPTION TO RETURNS POLICY - DIFFERENT SIZE FEET

If we make you a pair in two different sizes (a different size for each foot), then a $100 (USD) restocking fee applies to each pair returned.
