We know you're going to love your shoes. But if for any reason you don’t, you’re welcome to return them in an unworn condition within 365 days of receiving them.
If you receive your shoes and they don't fit right, please contact us as soon as you can within 365 days of receiving your order. As long as they’re in an unworn condition, we’ll happily remake them free of charge in a different size.
Alternatively, you can take them to a shoe repairer in your city and we'll cover the costs of having them adjusted.
Please note our materials are sourced in small batches and can be subject to availability. In the event that a remake for your order has been placed and processed, we will do our best to remake your shoes to the same specifications as your original order. If this is not possible due to changes to our product, range and offering, we will notify you.
Your shoes will be considered faulty if they are received damaged, or a manufacturing fault occurs within 365 days of purchase. Shoes damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Where possible, we’re happy to repair faulty items. Alternatively, we’d love to replace them with a pair made in the same design.

Just to let you know that the replacement shoes arrived 2 days ago and I have worn them twice - they were still a close fit, but by today they had stretched enough to be comfortable for wearing all day. In the first 2 hours the shoes received 5 compliments from passers-by in the mall and streets - so the wait was really worth it!
I will be back in a few weeks with another order.
I just wanted to say a huge thank you for being so flexible and so incredibly 'human' when it came to returning these several pairs of shoes. They were bought as bridesmaids shoes and when they arrived they really just didn't match the dress. I cannot articulate how much stress and anxiety it relieved to hear that you would refund these shoes and also that the refund process was so simple and straightforward.

It is my delight to let you know that your customer service team cannot be bettered. I find it highly difficult to get shoes that fit exactly right and when these ones arrived and weren't quite right I was quite disappointed - but not for long. After chatting with a consultant about returns I realised just how absolutely smooth and easy Shoes of Prey returns were.... AND I was credited for return postage!! Wow - I'm thoroughly looking forward to getting my remade shoes and I'll definitely be telling the world about the FIRST shoe store to make my "usually impossible to find" Cinderella shoes!!!
