We know you're going to love your shoes. If for any reason you don’t, we will do our best to make it right.

As long as you have purchased your original pair within the last 365 days and they’re in unworn condition, you have the option of either returning them for a full refund, or remaking them up to two times (second remake should be within 90 calendar days from the first remake order date) in a new size and/or design. We offer free prepaid return postage for US and Australian customers. Customers outside of these locations pay for return postage, and the cost (maximum of $50 USD) will be applied as a credit to your account and discounted from your next order with us.

To place a remake request in a different size or organize a refund, visit your Orders Page. If you’re placing a second remake request, you will need to contact our Customer Happiness team for assistance.

Alternatively, you can take them to a shoe repairer in your city and we'll cover the costs (up to $50 USD) of having them adjusted. Just contact our Customer Happiness team for assistance.

Please note that our materials are sourced in small batches and can be subject to availability. In the event that a remake for your order has been placed and processed, we will do our best to remake your shoes to the same specifications as your original order. If this is not possible due to changes to our product, range and offering, we will notify you.


Visit your Orders Page and complete the Return/Remake form to provide us with your revised design. Remakes are capped at two pairs. If you’re placing a second remake request, you will need to contact our Customer Happiness team for assistance.

If your new design is priced lower than your original order, your account will be credited for the difference. For designs that cost more than the original order, payment for the price difference will be processed once your remake is finalized.


Of course, we would love to work with you to get the design right. But if you have made up your mind and you’d like to return your shoes, visit your Orders Page and complete the Returns form to request a full refund.

If you opted for Express Shipping, the fee will also be refunded.


Your shoes will be considered faulty if they are received damaged, or a manufacturing fault occurs within 365 days of purchase. Depending on the severity of the fault, Shoes of Prey will either credit your Shoes of Prey account the cost of a shoe repair up to the value of $50 USD (upon you submitting a receipt), or arrange a full remake free of charge, pending the availability of the style and material used in the original design.


If the return is not accepted due to signs of wear or damage not result of a Shoes of Prey error, we regret that we cannot issue a remake or full refund, or return the shoes back to you.
